How are CustomFunk products printed?back to top

All our covers are printed using a process called Sublimation.

Sublimation is a process which fuses a specialised ink into the surface coating of the cover with heat and pressure which creates a hard wearing, high quality image which will last for years. The results are truly mesmerising!

Are your cases drop proof?back to top

Your case will protect your phone and tablet from normal wear and tear but we cannot guarantee it against drops of any kind. Remember, although we cannot guarantee it, there have been many examples where phones have been saved by our cases. In fact, we do not know of a single incident where a phone has broken with our case on – it’s a bit like a crash helmet!

How long does delivery take?back to top

Not long at all! Shipping to:

  • UK 2-4 Days
  • Europe 5-7 Days
  • USA/Canada and the rest of the world 5-7 days but can at times take up to 14 Working days

Do you deliver internationally?back to top

We certainly do – Shipping is free worldwide.

How much is postage and packaging?back to top

Postage and packing is currently FREE for all standard UK and international orders. There are also expedited options for both UK and international customers, both of which incur an extra charge and can be selected at the time of purhcasing.

Can I order a case to be sent to someone other than myself?back to top

Yes, just provide us with details of their address and we will arrange for your order to be sent to their address instead.

My case has arrived damaged - what should I do?back to top

Don’t worry! We will sort it – see our RETURNS policy

Can I order by phone?back to top

Unfortunately not, sorry. Orders are submitted online due to the design process. If you do get stuck though, please refer to the relevant Help section so that we can assist you.

What payment methods do you accept?back to top

We accept all major credit/debit cards as well as PayPal. All payments must be made at the Checkout stage before an order is confirmed.

Can I amend or cancel my order once it’s been placed?back to top

Sorry, you can’t. Once your Ideal design is submitted and confirmed, it will go straight into production. You will, however, have the chance to amend your design immediately before submitting it so please make sure you’re totally happy with it. We cannot be held responsible for any design/spelling mistakes or incorrect case styles.

How long does it take to make my case?back to top

In the UK, you should receive your Ideal case within 2-3 working days after the order was confirmed. If you need your Ideal case in a hurry then our Premium delivery service will ensure you receive it the following day. Full details of our delivery info can be found here: link to delivery info

I need my case for the next day, what’s the latest time I can submit my order?back to top

Our Premium delivery will make sure you get your case the next working day. If you need it on a weekend, you can upgrade the delivery further at the Checkout stage. Your order must be submitted and confirmed by 2pm to guarantee next day delivery.

Are my payment details secure?back to top

Yes, totally. In fact your card details are securely handled by PayPal. At no time is your card information stored on our servers. You can protect yourself too by making sure you log out of your account after using a public or shared computer.

How long will I have to wait until I receive my case?back to top

You should expect to receive your Ideal case 2-3 working days from when your order is confirmed. Premium delivery will ensure you receive it the next working day, unless weekend delivery option is selected. Full details of our delivery info can be found here.

I bought my case through an offer, why haven’t I received it yet?back to top

All offers have their own terms and conditions which replace the standard ones so please refer to them in the first instance.

Where do you deliver to?back to top

We can deliver to anywhere in the world. As a general rule: if you can receive post, you can receive your Ideal case. We cannot deliver to PO, APO or FPO boxes though.

Will I need to sign for the delivery?back to top

That depends on the delivery option you choose. Only our Premium delivery services require a signature.

I never collected my item from my local Post Office after they weren’t able to deliver it to me. They say it’s now been returned to you. What do I do?back to top

Items which are returned to us as “undelivered” will be opened and you’ll be contacted. You are then responsible for the cost of sending the item to you again.

Can I track my order once it’s been sent?back to top

The delivery tracking service is only available on orders where Premium delivery has been selected.

Where is my refund?back to top

Refunds can take up to 7 working days to be credited back to your original payment card/method.

How do I change my password?back to top

Simply log in to your account and click on the Account Information link. If you have forgotten your password and cannot log in then just click the “Forgot Your Password?” link when trying to log in.

Will you share my details with other companies?back to top

Not at all. You have nothing to worry about as your information is only used by The Ideal Corporation. We don’t store your payment details on our server either.
